This Euresearch event sets the scene for the final Work Programme under Horizon 2020 for the years 2018-2020. With European funding of around € 30 billion, it is far and away the largest single integrated programme of publicly funded research and innovation during this period across the European Union.

The content of the collaborative calls will be presented in  thematic clusters (4 parallel sessions):

- Healthy Life, Healthy Food

Do you have a question about a particular call topic, or even a specific project idea in mind? Do you need consortium advice?

Once you have registered to the conference, you can book bilateral meetings with National Contact Point(s) responsible for the thematic(s) you are interested in.

Bottom-up Opportunities for Industries, SMEs and Start-ups

From autumn 2017, Horizon 2020 will support innovation projects from innovators, researchers and SMEs active in any sector or technology. Various calls will open up for proposals for breakthrough innovations. This will be part of a pilot European Innovation Council (EIC). The EIC will bring together different instruments: the SME instrument, the Fast Track to Innovation, Horizon Prizes and parts of Future and Emerging Technologies.

Euresearch is the Swiss network mandated by the State Secretariat for Education, Research and Innovation providing targeted information, hands-on advice and transnational partnering related to European research and innovation programmes. Directions to the EVENTfabrik

Arrival by public transport
The factory hall 12 can be reached by the PostAuto line 101 (stop "Güterbahnhof"). The journey takes six minutes from Bern main railway station. Cross the road towards the railway tracks. The building is 200 meters in the north-east direction.

Travelling by private car
Coming from the A1 Bern-Forsthaus motorway exit,  it takes another 400 meters until the Fabrikstrasse 12. At the big intersection turn left (signposted "Länggasse, Lindenhofspital").
